I used to use Nevermiss.TV til its demise, and have never liked TunerFree MCE's interface or stability. I'm now using Mediaportal with the OnlineVideos plugin and the stream quality is great and downloads are supported from all channels. It supports Iplayer, ITV Player, 4OD and Demand5. I launch it from Windows 7 Media Centre by adding a shortcut with Media Center Studio. Try it!

Thanks, it was my fault. I was moving the xml files to "Program files\..." not "ProgramData\...". But now it crashes WMC totally every time I try to play a youtube video, either normal or HD, with the classic message "WMC stopped working". Bleh.

allthough i cannot get the plugin to work as it crashes in wmc and the files for the vera seem to have a error in i_powercontroller.xml the port should be 53107 instead of 53007 and windows 7 useraccountcontrol needs fixed to be able to run the prog on mediacenter

I noticed something similar when I installed the DVBLink Network client you normally get four tuners. However I could only see 3 listed in MCE.

Tested the card in Win 7 all ok, tried again in Win 8 and devices then did show up and drivers installed. However only 3 out of 4 tuners show up in Media Center...Going to try Hyper V with media center but may stick with Win 7 after this test.

Not good, have win 8 consumer preview installed on brand new PC, installed new Blackgold BGT3650 this morning but no new devices show up in device manager. Now rolling back to win 7 to see if the devices show up and work in win 7.... :-(

just installed 2.0 and i'm impressed. having to line up the video isn't ideal but apart from that it works as advertised. now all it needs it the ability to have favourites and line up videos in a play list, which would be perfect.

I checked my account and it says member of Administrators. Windows Media Center does not run as administrator though unless I right click the menu and select run as administrator. I wonder if I can find the file that is run when I press the media center button on the Microsoft remote that I use.
